Payment Confirmation
- Seats confirmed only after full payment is received
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, Mobile Money, PayPal, or pre-arranged organizational invoicing
Refund & Rescheduling
- Full refund (minus bank charges): Cancellation ≥14 days before course start
- Partial transfer or rescheduling: Cancellation <14 days before course start
- Non-refundable: Cancellation <3 days before course start, unless the course postponement is on terms acceptable by Chip Meep
Session Times (EAT)
- Classroom/ Blended: Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Virtual Instructor-Led: 4-8 hours each day (flexible timing)
