Payment Confirmation

  • Seats confirmed only after full payment is received
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, Mobile Money, PayPal, or pre-arranged organizational invoicing

Refund & Rescheduling

  • Full refund (minus bank charges): Cancellation β‰₯14 days before course start
  • Partial transfer or rescheduling: Cancellation <14 days before course start
  • Non-refundable: Cancellation <3 days before course start, unless the course postponement is on terms acceptable by Chip Meep

Session Times (EAT)

  • Classroom/ Blended: Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Virtual Instructor-Led: 4-8 hours each day (flexible timing)
